Weskart.com may use any method of delivery available. The shipping costs will be prepaid and added to your order if the Weskart.com bill account is selected. All import licenses, duties, tariffs, taxes, and brokerage fees will be Customer's responsibility. Time for delivery and/or performance will not be of the essence and Weskart.com reserves the right to delay dispatch for a number of reasons, including to perform any necessary credit or anti-fraud checks or procedures or to ensure that payment in full has been received in cleared funds. Where dispatch is delayed for such reasons, Weskart.com will use reasonable endeavors to inform the Customer.
We ship our products to all metros and most of the cities & towns in India & across the Globe. To ensure that your order reaches you at the earliest and in good condition, we ship only through reputed courier company with utmost safe packing.
1) Each order may be shipped only to a single destination address specified at the time of order. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you shall need to place multiple orders.
2) We ensure a safe packing to reduce any damage in transit.
3) We make our best efforts to process your order & ship it within 1-3 working days (Monday – Saturday). However in some rare cases it may take longer (generally up to 5 working days), as we may have to procure it from our suppliers. In any such case, the buyer will be informed within 2 days about the delay and the estimated date of dispatch.
4) Once the order is shipped, the delivery time varies based on your location pin code / zip code (usually 1-3 business days, 4-5 business days or 7-10 business days). And for other areas, it could take up to 1-2 weeks.
5) Please refuse to take delivery of the package, if the package is tampered or damaged. Once delivered, no claim will be entertained.
6) Note: Once we dispatch the items, the courier company will be liable for all delivery arrangements and we cannot be hold responsible for the missing/damage or undelivered item/parcel.
7) You may track the shipping status of your order on our website, by clicking at 'Order ' section.
8) Please note all items will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian Tax Regulations.
9) International customers: Delivery time from 3 days to 25 working days based on shipping mode selected by customer.
10) If order is prepaid and customer did not accept, receive or collect the courier or return the courier then shipping charges and return charges will be deducted from the prepaid amount and rest will be refunded back after evaluating the issue.
11) If order is cancelled by our end for any reason, we will refund the full amount back to your account or card whichever is applicable within 10 working days.
12) If order is failed or cancelled and money gets deducted from your account, then your paid amount will be automatically refunded back to your card or account whichever is applicable.
Return Policy
Returns are normally required to submit within 10 days from the date of the parcel being delivered. Weskart.com does not accept return requests if it is not due to quality reasons.
If Weskart.com agrees to accept a return, return freight charges must be prepaid by Customer.
Weskart.com will not accept COD shipments.
Some products may require return directly to the manufacturer. All returned items must be in the original packaging, unused, untested, un-programmed, and in a resalable condition.
Customer should contact a Customer Service Representative for a Return Materials Authorization. Any ESD, programmable semiconductors, or moisture-sensitive product returned that has been opened will not be eligible for credit.
Products returned solely due to Customer error may be subject to a 15% restocking charge.
Non-Cancellable/Non-Returnable
At the time of purchasing, Customer understands that "NC/NR" products are obtained by Weskart.com from the manufacturer specifically for the Customer. Irrespective of circumstances, the Customer agrees that "NC/NR" products may not be canceled, returned, or rescheduled by the Customer without the agreement of both Weskart.com supplier and the consent of Weskart.com. Products labeled as moisture-sensitive or Electro-Static Sensitive (ESD) are NC/NR if the packaging has been opened.
In-stock orders cannot be canceled after shipping, 10Rs. per item will be charged if the customer canceled after orders begin to proceed in Weskart.com warehouses.
Backorders cannot be canceled by customers after payment or any contract and agreement are confirmed. If it must be canceled due to insufficient supply, Weskart.com customer service staff will contact you.
